worms. help...

fortuantly, my discus is ok but there is something wrong with my bolivian rams. i noticed two of them that have red wormlike things protruding from their poop area. on the female ram there is this huge worm like think sticking out with lots of little spikes of red things coming out. i am really freaking out.....

i was wondering if it could be anchor worms?
