Maximum temperature???

Just want to ask a quick question.

What is the max. temp. for discus please?

Would they still be comfortable in 34 (93.4F)

I once had a heater malfunction and raise the tank temp to 110 with no ill effects. I had two adults in a 20H with an airstone so O2 depletion was not a problem. I put my hand in the water to scrub the tank sides and it was Hot!

I wouldn't recommend it as a standard though.

I have maintained fish at 93-94 for treatment (Hex) for weeks at a time though. Make sure to keep the air flow going though as warm water does not hold as much O2 as Cooler water.
