Pigeon blood is a barless discus, usually orange, yelow or white in color with varying amounts of black pepper. Your discus is definately a pigeon blood. Golden Dragon is a "color" name for a pigeon blood discus.
I agree with Carol.
Pigeon Blood
The term gold dragon and red dragon are just names given to different color variants of PB's. Most that are given this name have a lot of white...striations or pearls across the body.

Ive seen three or four different "looking" fish sold as a gold or golden dragon. They're all pigeons...yellow based. It all depends on the parents and genetics. The only sure thing is they should be yellow based which yours seems to be. Striation and other markings can and do vary greatly from breeder to breeder.
