Is this quote from page 2 true?

Does that mean if they do not have a white face they are a male or can females also have the same markings as a male ?

I understand the white ones are supposed to be for sure.

Just wondering because one might try to pick automatic pairs by colour and end up with two females if females are capable of carrying the same markings as males.

Once again some good and some bad information---Discus are not and never were sexually demorphic by coloration. ??? But the male is usually the one with the wondering eye!! ;D Joe
