He may be gone, but I recieved and email from him a few days ago also. Johnny Yip says Ray has them.

Don, They have been out of print for awhile. Bing is out and I am out, so be patient. Ray is sometimes a bit slow with his email. Joe ;)

No actually I do not. I have just emailed him a few times with questions and he was nice enought to reply. Someday I would like to meet him.
