I just purchased a Bur Cam Utillity pump 69.95 for anyone in Canada Home depot.
It pumped about 15 gal in 7 min with a 50 ft.hose and a rise of 4 ft. Works good .
It does call for a teaspoon of cooking oil put in to the in and out hose for priming.
I DID NOT DUE THIS FOR OBVIOUSE REASONS.
QUESTION IS THAT A PROBLEM ;D ;D ;D

Someone (don't remember who and can't find the thread) had a HUGE problem from priming a pump with oil. AS I recall the effort to clean the tanks was *herculean* ( I KNEW that word would come in handy one day!)
I wouldn't do it!
