Drainage System?

Hello,

My first Discus post! :D (Great Board).

Someone in a previous post mentioned something about an auto-fill and drainange system having to do with an overflow (a mechanism I have still yet to see in action) I was wondering if anyone can expand on this, as any lazy boy technology is welcome in allowing me to perform as many water changes as possible. Is this a DIY or an actual unit like a pond pump etc. etc

First of all, I'd suggest staying away from yellow discus!

Other than that, I just got a 65 gallon water storage bin and 600 gph pump and it works great, now that some minor issues have been dealt with. Easy to refill tanks and keep 50+% w/c daily!
