I'd really like to add some more cardinal and rummy nose tetras to my 40 gallon discus tank. (I have seven cardinals and four rummy noses.) I recently set up a quarantine tank. Could someone offer some general quarantine guidelines? How long should I quartantine any new tetras and what diseases I should look/treat for? The owner of the LFS does not know whether these two fish that he stocks are wild caught or domestically bred.
