How many white worms it takes???

How many white worms it would take to meet daily requirements of 1 adult discus? Same applies for blood worms. I heared that from 2-5 white worms. Thanks.

Good question .
I know with beedheart or bloodworms, I feed till I fiqure they have had enough.... or they start to ignore the food.
Beefheart .... about 1 gram/day/discus
Bloodworms .... about 1/4 gram - just enough to make them happy.

The discus get thier big feeding in the morning; takes me about an hour to hand feed them. A little at a time. I always watch how they are eating, and which discus may be ''hogging'' the food.

With the fry... I just throw the food at the tank and ''RUN''. LOL. Talk about a feeding frenzy!!!
