I take white worms in soil put it on the glass and on top of the lamp. White worms don't like heat and light so they start coming on top in little balls. I collect them put in water, rince and feed. My discus love them.

How about a picture of the culture itself? I can grow grindal worms by the thousands, but these white worms are a little tougher to get a handle on.

Also how about some information as to where you got worms to start a culture? What the farm looks like. So on and so forth. That is a pretty handy set up.
