Hi odwyer,im not sure if this is what you are looking for,i have a 200 watt azoo cable heater.its for planted aquariums fully submersible,with cable holder that connect to suction cups,to keep cable heater in place.let me know if you are interested im in ny.can ship.

im looking at it now it says volt;115v,50hz/60hz.is that low enough. ???

I hear you,i was the same way but the wires are coated with protective layer.Thats ok good luck. ;D
