Hello and welcome to the Dark Side forum. You can easily make a bell diffusor out of a plastic soda bottle. Just cut the top off to your desired size and there you go. Aqua Design Amano also makes a good glass diffusor if you want to spend the money and can get them where you are.

You're asking for a sintered glass diffusor, a number of companies make those, none of which I can remember at the moment. They do well underneath the intake of your filter.
