Does anyone know what it means when a discus appears to "yawn"?

I've read somewhere that a "yawning fish" is a contented fish. Meaning a fish that yawns is not sick, or stressed, and is just generally happy. It may be that by sucking in that much water, they are actually cleaning out their gills which no doubt gather debris from the water, but I still like the "happy fish" theory. :)

I spend a lot of time in front of my tanks...and actually talk to my Discus. It's at this time that they seem to yawn the most. Maybe I am boring them. ::)
