Hi all,
I am game for some suggestions as to what to do with this tank? I got a smokin deal on it from my work! $50 bucks for all of it. It was custom made for a salt setup(lobster tank for a restaurant in my hotel), but I don't think I want to do salt with it. Ideas?????????

Send it me steve for $100!!!! ;D

Other than that.... I say plant it heavy and put a single pair of fish in it. Preferably wilds!

Wow what a great deal. You could sell it and buy a bigger tank for discus. Or do a planted tank like Al said. It looks like you have the light for it. The wet/dry filter you have would be perfect because you would probably end up doing less w/c. You could also utilize the driftwood that you have on the right bottom of the picture.

It looks like a 30 gallon. What size is the tank?

I think a couple of guppies would look great in there or some of those bubble eye goldfish :o
I wonder what your gonna put in there, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Maybe DISCUS!!!!!!
That would make a cool planted tank actually ;)

Hi all,
It's a 50 gal tank. I was thinking maybe of a planted, "slice of an Amazon river bank" tank. Hmmm, I'll have to think this out a little bit. Thanks for the suggestions.

I say do a nice set up for Marci in a room of her choice...then go to that place by you that makes the custom plastic tanks...have them come out and do a WHOLE WALL TANK in your house :D :D

Bigger is Better!!!!!!!

Hi all,
Hey Mench, this tank was made by the same place (Acrylic Tank Manufacturing or ATM) for my work. They would not take it back on credit, so the hotel was stuck with it........too bad for them, too good for me ;D
