Looks like a pigeon blood eye to me, but I can see faint bars, so maybe a PBxRT cross

I got this fish from parents, they couln't take care of him anymore. It was fed one or two time a day, and I'm a bit worried if it is stunned. Any sign of this? Anyone want to take a guess anf tell me if is a male or female?
