white film on via aqua titanium heater?

Does anybody get this white film on the ends of the heater and on the heater holders? What is that film?

A film of bacteria. Just wipe it off.

Is that a common phenomena of most users of these titanium heaters? I have never seen this before on my other heaters

Heater cords and airlines will grow a film - the via aqua seems to be worse than most.

I get the same thing on all my Via-Aquas...just wipe them off.
