Hi all

Could some please tell me what causes the leaves of the plants in my tank to turn pale light green.

Lack of Iron, Potassium, and Nitrogen. ie: they need to eat better..:)

I have been using JBL plant food balls about then in i do daily water changers and gravel vac, i must be cleaning all the good food from from the gravel.

...what kind of substrate are you using? As stated, pale green leaves are a sign of a nutrient deficiency. Try using the Flourish fertilizer. It's available at most LFS's for about $7.99 and is wonderful stuff.

Indicative of an iron deficiency. Iron is a tough one to manage.
