Hi everyone,

I'm searching in vain for the url of an old plant site which has the species profiles listed in an alphabetical menu. It uses nice artistic illustrations of each plant rather than photos. It also has a brief blurb which goes with the pic, such as light requirements etc.

Anyone know the site?

Lost all my old links.

Thanks for your help!

Probably Tropica Aquarium Plants, the Danish nursery:

That's the one!

Thanks, Per ;D

I forgot that they only do the scientific.
Do you have any similar links which include common names?

I can hear the sounds of silence already...
Me: "Hi LFS staffer, I'd like some Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides (maritima) thanks".
LFS: " "

Eheim has a nice database were you can search both Latin and common names. But honestly I don't think all the plants in the Tropica assortment has an unambiguous common name. Good luck!

I highly recommend the Tropica book. Nice reference at a low cost!
