That is one Wicked set up Dude so come on tell us more what size is the tank what plants are in there how long has it been set up what filtration do you use how much CO2 do you inject what water changes do you implement Oh the list goes on on and on but that is a fine fine tank

That's gorgeous Squall, as usual. :) How are you getting that Moss to grow so well? I'm having a hell of a time with mine.

Your post have always been useful informationb to the guys here.
Tank size : 4 x 1.5 x 1.5 FT
Temp : 25 - 26 deg C (Chiller)
pH : 6.0
kH : 35.8 ppm
gH : 35.8 ppm
NO3 : 40 mg/L
PO4 : 0.25 mg/L
Filteration : Canister filter but carbon media is a strict no no
Weekly Dosing of Seachem Iron and 3 days interval of Seachem Potassium.
And i dose a taiwanese liquid fertilizer daily.
I will be switching to PMDD soon.$$

Water Change around 1/3 weekly
Moss grow better in cool water what was your temp
Perhaps you can try java moss, they adept better to higher temp no more than 28.5

I have this setup for 2 months and the tank biological system have been around for 1.5 years.

I'm keeping java moss at temps no higher than 30ºC/86ºF with no problem. I'm thinking of making a moss wall, if I can find the right screening material.

As for what I'm up to, I finally bought a new PC. I'll let you know more next time I'm on the chat. Still no trip to Singapore for me though. :-[

I thought the discus didn't like the temp that low? The tank is amazing!! Love the moss.

These fishes are use to warm water.
The temp had to be bring down slowly for them to adjust.
28 deg c to 25 in months not hours or days.
