why don't the banners show up?

I only see an empty white box with a small red X in the upper left hand corner where the banners are supposed to be. I see banners on other sites including DAAH why not here? Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.

Delete your histiory, cookies and reboot. They should be there.

Sometimes popup stoppers and or internet security software interfere too.
