The title of this post is somewhat misleading. This group fights ILLEAGAL trafficking. So how does this relate to wild discus? Last time I checked they were not on any protected list. ???

Ok, guys... Some explanation:

a) I'm not against collecting wild discus; I'm against collecting wild discus without proper regulations;

b) There is some concern here in Brazil about wild discus, so it won't be a surprise if they appear in a "protected list" soon;

c) the objective of the link is to put you in contact with a serious and strong organization in Brazil to discuss issues like collecting wild discus.
