Adding Discus

Hello Friends-
I posted this question last week in the show tanks section but didn't receive much input.

That is:
I have a 40 gal planted tank with 10 rummynose. I had 2-Discus, but one died recently. I would like to add some new Discus (~ 1-2) to the tank, but was concerned that the established adult Discus would react aggressively.

Should I go for it or not?

Would it be bad to add juveniles, or should they be adult?

Why did your other disucs die? I would try another adult - hopefully of the opposite sex . . .

You might want to look for a disese before buying another dicus just to be safe.
