Carbon in a Planted Tank

I usually don't run carbon in my filter, just floss. But, over the last couple of days I noticed the water getting a little cloudy. After 2 50% water changes the cloud still seemed to be there a little. So, I decided to use some AC in the filter. Will this completly absorb all my fertilizer and nutrients? Should I double dose these ferts while I use carbon for the next couple of days or just keep going like usual.

Carbon will take your nutrients right out. I wouldn't even bother dosing if you've got it in your filter.
