I have read many places to watch and make sure the the discus feces are dark.
What does it meen if the feces are white and stringy or white and segmented or slimy.
Thanks

white and slimy/stringy is often a sign of a protozoan infection by the flagelate called hexamita....

segmented....= tape worms

other causes of whitish/yellow feces = nematode infection, or Dropsy... a bacterial infection.
