Help Sick discus

Oh no it is awful - he has gone dark and his tail fin is a cloudy white color -it is not white spots but more a white patch....
any help appreciated. Did a 75 % water change Friday when first noticed he was not the best.

Hi

Check all water parameters.

Check for bloat. epsom salt 1-2 teaspoons per gallon. If bloated

Then add salt 1 tablespoon per gal. I would bump the heat up to 88 degrees air extra air.

Sounds like a fungus however check for nitrites. If high water change and start salt and meth blue treatment.
