Stunted?

Bought this fish from a LFS. Does it look stunted to you?

Had it for almost a month now. Eating really good. Grown quite a bit since I got it, but I see it everyday. Need an objective eye to tell me what they see...

It'a baby...only 2.5". I don't know how old it is because I got it from a LFS. It's a lot easier to guage a fish's growth when you know it's complete history. That's why I was posting...get an objective view.

I believe that it is a red turquoise now, but am not positive on that. Was told that it was some sort of pigeon blood cross at the LFS.

It's been over 8 years since I've had discus. But, was breeding 4 pairs of Whattley's 10 -11 years ago. Had to travel a lot with the day job. It was overwhelming & became work. Wasn't fun anymore, so I stopped.

Currently, I have 3 fish that looks like this one, and 4 snakeskins. The snakeskins are a little larger with similar eye size. Not much color has come out yet.

Can't really complain, got these fish ( really cheap) to ease back into it before I got the good stock from Cary & other breeders.
