Live mosquito Larva???

Due to recent heavy rains I now have thousands of mosquito larva growng in a 5 gallon bucket i left outside.

Are these safe to net, rinse and feed to my fish?

Is there a possibility of intorducing parasites this way?

I don't think you will have any problems, i feed mozzie larvae reg to my discus breeders and they love to eat them.

Brian believe me or not in one of my tanks they fight to death for mosq larva, more over their breeding tubes comes out more quickly with larva, if thinking more about parasites, put them in disinfecting solution for one hour or so

What do you recommend as a disinfectant solution that will keep the larva alive and not harm the fish?

I'm really not sure a larva can host something like tapeworm since their larval stage is so brief.
