hi,
guys. i am new with all this so i be gentle with me please. hihihi.
right now i have a pair blue diamond in my 20 gallon tank. i know the tank is a little bit small for my discus. i will change it later, since i already pay more than 200 dollars for my 20 gallon acrylic tank, stand and canopy, so i am stuck with it right now until i got the mula. hhehehehe.
the tank is running with pinguin filter(wet/dry), 110 PC light, 82 degrees F.
inside the tank i have about 20 java fern plant all in the back of the tank, and i was thinking adding riccia fluitan and spread it on the front of the tank. my question is now i want to add co2 tank. since i used to have a calcium reactor for my saltwater(sold), now i am thinking adding it with my 20 gallon tank. i also have the ph monitor.
what do u guys think about it?
i am just worry that will crash the whole tank, and my fish will die.
please give me some advice about this.
thx

I think adding CO2 would be beneficial to your tank if you're interested in putting Riccia in there. I wouldn't cover the whole bottom with it as food will get stuck in there, but a few covered rocks would be a good thing.

Check out my reply to your CO2 reactor question.

Glad to have you here,
Phil
