I have 4 discus and all one of the same strain starts picking on the small one when it comes to feedingtime and the other smaller one stops eating only food that comes naer him and will stay at the top of the tank for a while, will that discus get stunted and is there anything i can do about it

Hi,
Almost always, there is a "pecking " order, where one discus tries to be #1 and another is always at the bottom of the chain.
Feed at different ends of the tank.
Feed often enough.
If the little one is always hiding and not growing you may have to separate them.
Groups of 6 to 8 are sometimes better (quarantine any new fish first).
Usually the smaller one finds a way to get food if there is enough.
My fish do the same thing, always chasing others away from the food (while the rest of the fish eat it ;D)
