sexing my discus....

Could somebody help me to recognize the sexes of my discus? I just have wild guesses. 1___.jpg M, 2___.jpg F, 3___.jpg (no idea), 4___.jpg F.
1___.jpg is the boss of the group and 2___.jpg is second...3___.jpg is third...
I bought these fish about 2 months ago and it worries me that two last ones are so small and don't come always to eat! Boss fish always scares them away. My tank is only 200 litres and that might be the problem, what do you think?

Sorry, I can't tell the sex of juveniles. The more juvenile discus in a tank the less aggression. With only 4 it is common for some to be picked on more than others.
