guys help ..... fries swiming at top

hello guys, I think there is a problem with my fries ...... all of them left the parents and swiming at the surface for some reason ........ any sugesstion plz

when my water wasnt good enough.. theyd go up and down on the glass and the parents would watch. they werent happy. id do a wc and back on the parents.
they werent at the top though.
but once i had this brine shrimp hatcher in there and it made too much bubbles and turbulance and they all ended up over at it and in it etc. and off the parents. so they can get distracted and lost and confused.
let us know how it goes.

many thanks to you all, April is right I think it was the water quality ..... I did a water change and things got better (I lost two of them that day) ...... well I hope they will all make it .... I am having wonderful time with these guys .... some started to shape a little bit like discus shape and the best thing is their eyes, they are very shine and redish .... but some pepring started to appear :( but no complains ;)
I will keep you guys posted
