skitish discus

Hi there,

Can anyone help me with very skitish fish. While it is darker they are okay but as soon as the light goes on they hide and wont come out even to be fed. I have them under a 25 watt table lamp (blue bulb) at the moment and they seem fine.

I read that blue light at a low watt is okay, but I want to be able to have them under lights and not be scared of the light.

What do you suggest.

hi i kinda had the some problem but they ate there food but i had to hide and they ate like crasy there about 3inches i got then from a breeder that only used regular room light they got use to the reg tank light it took a while they are use to the light now and greet me all the time lol
