Shrimp

I want to get some nice algae eating shrimp. I have added 3 caves in my 40g tank with the entire substrate covered with a thick layer of java moss. I also have two rocks on opp. sides of the tank. Will this be enough cover for them to keep from getting eaten?

I keep 10 ghost shrimp in my bare bottom 100 gallon tank with 8 good sized discus (largest being 6 inches or so) and they never seem to be bothered...just throw a peice of slate in there for them to sit around on. My discus don't even look at them twice...they have a habbit of eating tetra that get too close, though (the shrimp that is).

Will discus try to eat red cherry shrimp??
