HELP!! discus shaking, scraching, and hitting walls..

discus shaking, scraching, flip there fins quickly and hitting walls..

why are they doing this...
one of my discus just wound him self today...
he ran in to wall and goes up hitting my tank cover hard of 4-5 times....

is the because of the tape warm??/
do I treat them with prazi??
how do I treat them?

Not tapeworms. External problem. First test ammonia etc. Any new fish or plants added to bring in parasites?

Check your water quality espescially ammonia and nitrite. If this happened shortly after a water change you may have introduced a contaminant of some kind.

Alternatively I would look for a source of vibration....air pump, filter, other household equipment etc.
