Frozen Foods

I saw some frozen blood worms at my LFS and was wondering how I should feed these to my discus. Do i just drop it in there frozen or somehow thaw it out?

You can put them in a little cup (like a nyquel cup) of water to thaw out

Should the water be warm or room temp? Dechlorinated?

just use tank water - it's the right temp and no chlorine

I put a frozen piece in a fish net and rinse under hot water. This thaws them quickly and rinses them off. Then just dump in the tank for eating.
