Cheap co2 canister

Where does everyone get their co2 canister's from and refilled at? I'm looking for the best price and so far I've found a $25 customer owned but considered a "rental" tank with $20 refills...

Do a search on E-bay for "Welding Tank" for the canister, there's a guy from Indiana who sells new ones with valve and shipping for like $80.00. You just need to shop around for the best fill place. Beverage service companies tend to be cheaper around me than welding shops.

The http://www.harborfreight.com/ retail store near me sells 15# with valve for $70 and 20# with valve for $90. The web prices are a little higher and I am unsure on shipping. Also, many beverage outfits will sell recon's with valve for around $60 full.
