My 300 gallon water storage is in the basement. I want to put my 75 gallon tank on the second floor. Anybody know of an inexpensive pump that can pump appproximately 25 feet of head hight and still have decent gallon/hr flow rate? Where would I get it?

25' WOW!

it's not going to be cheap. You're looking at a cottage water pump, or a domestic booster pump. Home depot.

and remember to check the pump curve high head will usually mean low flow.

If you have access to Grainger products, they have several pumps available with a 25' or more head, although the flow may be too great.
Pool and spa pumps may also work for you although, once again, the flow may be too great.
Little Giant also has some good pumps that may meet you requirements also, I find they are the same as pool pumps just lower GPH.
I have a Little giant magnetic drive pump that pumps 700 gph @ 14' head. I've found that it can do more height at less flow. The only issue with my pump is it must be submerged for cooling purposes.

Goog luck on your quest for a pump!
