tiny white worm

Hi all members

Is there anyone had white worm in the tank before and what do you use to treat them. Actually I was away for couple days and unable to change the water, today I take closer look at the tank it's so many.
I really want know is there any chemical to kill them without harm the fishes.
Members please give me advise, thanks

It's probably Planeria. Rinse your filters and do large water change. Feed less or change larger percentage of water. That's usually due to feeding too much and not changing enough of the water. It's harmless to your fish.
