I've don't know anything about this convention so I was wondering if anybody knew how much focus would be on discus at this event. Will there be a lot of discus breeders, displays and such? Would this be worth a vacation trip?Thanks for any info on this event

hi. theres a whole section on the board devoted to the ACA . its Discusmania section. check it out. theres lots of info.
yes theres gonna be alot devoted to discus. and alot of us going.

I will be there along with Cary. I can promise you there will be a lot of discus discussions as you can talk discus all day and night with others hooked just like yourself. ;)

Simply will have a suite, Daah will too, Mike Heppner is bringing in Bing Seto and Jack Wattley for the Daah suite, I've heard rumors that Al (Simply) plans to do the same with other big name discus speakers. Oliver Lucanus is the ACA speaker, There'll be tons of fish for sell and in the show. At this time I know that; Cary, Jeff, Me, Joe, Danny, John, Al, Frank, Jean and Mike all plan to be there! I'm sure I'm leaving plenty of folks out. LOL Ken

Not to create any controversy but if DAAH and Simply are bringing in people, won't there be a conflict on which room to be in to listen to these great guess and speakers.

Is there a way to co-ordinate events so people like me being my first time can reap the benefits without the politics involve between the two boards.

Just a thought...

Everyone has such a good time, none of that really comes up. I know all of them are coordinating with the Denver club so the schedules should be worked out. :) Ken
