define diseases

Hi everyone,
As you can see, I'm new here and I've only just started keeping discus. I'm so new that, I don't even know what type of discus I've got ;Dand I have 3 of them... I know one of them is a tangerine. If anyone has heard of it? And the other two, I have no idea ??? Anyways, I see alot of terms on different diseases. But I'd like to know if there is a post on here of the different types and how it affects the discus?
