quarter discus??

i have 8 quarter size discus that is in a BB 20 gallon:
is the tank to big for them at this size?
temp at 84 is that ok?
i have strong moving water because of an aquaclear 200:
is this to strong?
how often should i do water change and how much?
these guys are small and get scare fast?

Everything you mentioned is fine. Change 30-50% per day. Make sure pH and temp are close to the same

You'll want to be thinking about a larger tank before too long. They will grow quickly with proper care.
