Hi everyone!

This site is amazing and full of info for a beginner like myself. I'm about to start with Discus as my new hobby. Just got myself a 4 x 2 x 2 tank today. Still thinking whether i should go for planted tank setup or just BB.
I've kept tropical fish before but not Discus. Judging from the WC frequency and other stuffs, i must say that keeping a Discus is indeed a very challenging as well as rewarding.

Hope to learn more from other members here.

By the way, anyone from Malaysia here?

hi and welcome Dan. im sure we have some maylasians here. theres lots of asians . sing sings are here..
keep reading theres lots of info. discus have water change requirements..but if you follow a few simple rules you will do fine. its all worth it when you see a tank full of discus smiling at you.
