Hello All,

New to the forum and have a question. Am setting up new tank, and was very impressed with Mutfish's DIY 3-d background. But since I have nooooo skill with that sort of thing I have been looking around on the net for completed backgrounds and have located 2 companies that make these - 1) back to nature and 2) pangeashop. So my question is do any of you know which of these two is better quality, or in the alternative, know another manufacturer that you would give the thumbs up to? Many thanks.

Dan,

I've seen 3d backgrounds available on drsmithforster.com but they were rather pricey. Agree they look really cool, but have never considered using one cause it would just take up tank space.. Don't have the answer you seek, but you might want to check out the ones on that website too..
good luck

He's right

When you see one up close you lose about 1 3rd of your tank space believe it or not, the best way and it's a common mistake to obtain the best looks you need a 4ft deep GOING BACK as water brings everything up close, then you get the look that you are trying to obtain.

Hope this helps
