Just wondering if this is a Pigeon Blood? I'm curious what color varieties I may see with this fish and a Pigeon Blood male.

just curious do PB have stress bars, cause i see faint line where the stress bars should be ?

There are faint verticle bars. What types of color variations can arise from PBs? It sounds like it's upredictable with PBs.. Hopefully, I'll be able to have the opportunity to try to find out soon with this pair...

All discus have stress bars. Some varieties the bars are just not visible. Look at any PB as a juvenile and you will see them.

k, makes sence now, because I read in another post that, not all discus have stressbars ... "hi there well a blue diamond has no bars as an adult or a baby. the cobalt start out like little barred brown babies and slowly the blue covers the bars. however..the bars are still there..and if they were ill..you'd see them coming through. also striations still showing on their faces."
