salt?

i have iodized salt is it ok to wipe down the tank?

If you mean while they're empty, you're probably ok so long as you rinse it real well before adding water and fish... why not just get some non iodized?

That is fine because you are only cleaning the tank with it then rinsing it out. When you are done cleaning the tank and you have rinsed it out use some papertowels to dry the inside. This will remove any salt left behind. I use whatever salt is in my kitchen to clean my tanks and your new discus were born in those tanks so I know they will be fine. Just follow what I told you and you will be fine.
