my rotala magenta/macrandra's new leaves are growing in really really tiny, wrinkled and misshapen. some leaves are ok but some new growth grows out like this. what nutrient deficiency can cause this? i dose for pottasium, nitrate and phosphorus with iron + micros. someone told me it could be a calcium deficiency but i never heard of this before. anybody confirm this?

Calcium deficiency can indeed make new leaves come out distorted. One sword plants when they don't have enough Ca, the new leaves can get twisted and even grow with a 90 degree bend.
