Looks like Riccia fluitans (http://www.tropica.com/productcard.asp?id=001).

Here's a "how to" article:

Looks like my supplier rations it to 3 clumps per customer!

Guess I'll have to get some and grow it on.

glosso on the ground riccia on the rocks, some java moss in the back.

Hope you have a ton of lighting for either of the first 2, and CO2 and ferts ;)

It has a hard time adjusting to new tanks, so if you want to get a good supply of it buy some float it on the tank for a month or two and you should have plenty. It is a pain in the 4$$ plant but looks cool if you don't mind the work to keep it trimmed. -riccia

I'm thinking of getting a 10gal for my desk for some small fish (haven't decided what yet, and try these plants out, guess I should be able to get enough if I do as you suggest and float it for a while.

10gal would be very mannagable, I kept riccia in my 110gal and hated every minute of it when I had to trim.
Try to get around 3w/gal (6500-10,000K IME works best) and set up a DIY CO2 and you should be grwing Riccia like a weed.

here's another link on Riccia

I would reccomend floating it regardless after you first get some. I have had the best luck doing it that way then attaching it once it start growing in your tank.
