Newbie question on sponge filter

I heard sponge filter is the way to go with biological filter, do you have any recommendation on brand or where to get one?

I believe the most popular sponge filters are Hydro Sponge filters.You can easily get your hands on those(just type "Hydro Sponge" at google) or you can buy from 1 of the sponsors on this site. They are easily my best choice!

HI,
I like the hydro sponges too.

I also like to pack my power filters (mainly use the Aquaclear but also use a couple others) with sponge filters. (the ones that are sold with the Aquaclear, I use these sponges for other filters too, just cut them to fit :) )
