Hi Folks
I've been away for a while.
To make a long story short I am working on a new subtrate enrichment compound. Everybody knows that for a rich undergravel soil you add pumice and peat and mix in slow release Micro Elements,
I am trying a new concept of impregnating vermiculite with Trace element mixture till it absorbs everything and tthen adding it to the soil mixture.

The fish have been in the 220 Liter tank now for over a month and the plants are going berzerk...
The discus seem to be OK. Only one small snow white got Ich (due to temp drrop one night when I forgot to plug in the heater after water change .

Do you think the fish may suffer from long term problems if the Vermiculite realises to much TE?

Good 2 be back.
