AQUACLEAR Quick Filter that fits on a Aqua Clear Power head?

Hi ,
Has any one used AQUACLEAR Quick Filter that fits on a Aqua Clear Power head?
From the web site:
Attach to Quick Filters for additional chemical and/or mechanical filtration (ideal for clearing cloudy water in combination with PClear).

If you do how do you like it?
If you don't how do you polish your water??

I used one a few times to clear the tanks after squeezing the sponges out. I wasn't a real big fan of them, I prefer to put the powerhead right on the lift tube of the Hydro sponge. Really pulls the water through the sponge.
